These Terms and Conditions outline your agreement to use our fitness coaching services provided by Beyond Fitness LLC, including any coaching, training, and nutrition advice or materials. By engaging with our services, you agree to these terms, which represent a binHeadlineding agreement.
SERVICES
Beyond Fitness LLC offers customized fitness and/or nutrition coaching, which may include: Personalized workout and nutrition plans, Educational resources (e.g., PDFs, eBooks), Technique feedback and weekly check-ins, App-based training resources and community support and Bloodwork analysis for clients purchasing relevant services.
Each program is tailored to the Client’s goals, fitness level, and experience. By starting any program, you accept the terms of the offered services.
Our services are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should consult a healthcare provider before starting any fitness program. By using our services, you acknowledge that you participate at your own risk and that we are not liable for any injuries or adverse effects.
PAYMENT TERMS
Clients agree to pay for services according to the rates specified in their chosen package. Payments are due monthly, or as per your selected membership term, and must be made in advance. We reserve the right to change our fees, and you will be notified of any changes..
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Beyond Fitness LLC offers a membership-based program with a minimum commitment period. After the initial term, membership will renew on a month-to-month basis and may be canceled at any time with 30 days’ written notice. Refunds will be offered only in accordance with the refund policy specified in the agreement.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Fitness training involves risks, including but not limited to muscle strain, injury, or cardiovascular issues. By participating in our programs, you agree to assume full responsibility for your health and well-being. You also affirm that you are in suitable physical condition to engage in fitness training.
All materials provided by Beyond Fitness LLC, including workouts, nutrition guides, videos, and digital content, are protected by copyright and are for personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share any content without written consent.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Beyond Fitness LLC and its affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. This includes any injuries, health issues, or other adverse outcomes from participating in our programs.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold Beyond Fitness LLC and its employees, contractors, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses, including attorney fees, arising from your use of our services or any violation of these Terms.
NON-DISPARAGEMENT
Both Client and Company agree not to make any disparaging remarks or statements about each other in any form, including but not limited to social media, reviews, or public statements.
Beyond Fitness LLC coaches are not licensed medical practitioners or registered dietitians. Nutrition advice is provided for informational purposes only and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or manage any medical condition. If you have a medical condition, consult a healthcare provider before beginning any nutrition or exercise program.
Beyond Fitness LLC may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes signifies your acceptance of the modified Terms.
