Fulfillment Policy
After payment, clients receive onboarding within 1 business day, including app access, an intake questionnaire, and scheduling for the first coaching session.
Coaching programs officially begin once onboarding is completed.
Refunds are available only under the conditions outlined in the signed service agreement.
Clients may request a refund if eligibility requirements are met, as described in the Terms & Conditions.
Beyond Fitness LLC does not provide refunds for partially used services or missed sessions.
Digital services, including workout programs, nutrition plans, and coaching sessions, are delivered electronically via our coaching app, email, or scheduled video/phone calls.
If physical items are provided (e.g., supplemental resources), standard shipping times and costs will be disclosed at purchase.
Due to the digital and personalized nature of our services, returns are not applicable.
Exceptions may be considered in specific cases with prior approval from Beyond Fitness LLC.
Memberships automatically renew monthly after the initial commitment period.
Clients may cancel by providing written notice at least 30 days prior to the next billing date.
Services remain active through the end of the current paid term.
